Returns
Digital items (invitations, place cards, favor tags, etc.): Due to their ability to be accessed immediately, there are no refunds or returns on digital products. Please reach out to us if you are dissatisfied in any way- I want all of my customers to be satisfied with their purchase!
Paper Party goods (cups, napkins, plates): Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. Please reach out to me if your are unhappy with your products and I will assist you with a return if applicable.
Custom products: Because these products are customized with specific names and information, no refunds or returns are accepted. Please reach out to me if you are unhappy in anyway with your order.
Shipping
Digital products are delivered via an email link right after your purchase is completed.
Party products (plates, cups, napkins, etc.): Items are shipped 2-3 days after purchase.
Custom goods (custom napkins, invitations, etc.): Custom products may include but are not limited to custom napkins, cups, coasters, invitations and other products can take anywhere between 2-3 weeks. These products are customized off site through a wholesaler that I work with, and are subject to their turn around time, plus the time it takes me to receive it and then ship it out to you :) Please plan all order accordingly.
Once your goodies leave my studio, they are in the hands of the USPS. If your order is not received after 20 days of purchase, please contact me. I will do my best to make things right, bur Humble Honeybee Design is not responsible for any lost packages.
Once your package leaves my studio, it is in the hands of the USPS. Humble Honeybee Design is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. That being said, if your package arrives damaged, please reach out to me right away and I will do my best to make things right!
I ship all orders via USPS. As of now, I do not ship internationally.
Working with templates
Im sorry, at this time we can not edit your template for you. I am more than happy to help is you run into any issues, please email me at hello@humblehoneybeedesign.com
Browser: Google Chrome is best for editing in Corjl.
Device: Basic edits are available on mobile devices- however I do NOT recommend editing on a mobile device. I recommend using a laptop or desktop for best editing capabilities.
All graphics are locked into place as most of them are original artwork created by Humble Honeybee Design. All text is editable, as well as the format of the text, the color, the size, and in some designs, you are able to change the font. I always recommend browsing the demo to the product you are interested in- there will always be a unique link for each product so you can demo it and see what can and can not be edited.
There will be a "Download" button on the left side of the screen. You will then be prompted to select the file type you would like to use. I recommend a PDF for printing and a JPEG for digital use if you plan on sending the invitation via email or text message. You will also be given the option to show trim marks which can be helpful if you are cutting several designs from one sheet. You can select "print multiples per page if possible" if applicable to save paper.
